Everyone KNOWS about the Great DOG DILEMMA!

But NOBODY seems to know about this:
The following offices where the exact number of candidates filed as seats to fill WILL NOT appear on the ballots UNLESS a resident comes forward and declares their intention to run as a write-in candidate to the city clerk no later than Noon, August 15, 2013 (SC Code of Law 7-13-190 E): •Mayor of Central •Easley City Council Ward 4 •Easley City Council Ward 6 •Easley Combined Utilities Commissioner •Liberty City Council Ward 1 •Liberty City Council Ward 2 •Six Mile Town Council.

Dave Watson is up for reelection NOW!  If someone from HIS ward does not step up to the plate and file as a write in candidate against him before Aug. 15th, he WINS BY DEFAULT.  I do not live in the correct ward to run, but SOMEONE does.  What are you going to do?
