• Reedy River cleanup underway as crews remove Hurricane Helene debris (wspa.com) — Reedy River cleanup crews are now working along the stretch from Greenville down to Mauldin, removing thousands of cubic yards of Hurricane Helene debris that can worsen flooding and erosion near homes and utilities. Funded largely by a federal grant, the five-to-six-week project uses specialized equipment and will ultimately recycle some material into mulch for local parks and city properties.
