Lima One Capital funds attainable home construction in Upstate (whosonthemove.com) — A new Eleanor Farms neighborhood in Gray Court is bringing more attainable single-family homes just minutes from Simpsonville, Fountain Inn, and Woodruff. Funded by Greenville-based Lima One Capital and built by Kristopher Homes, the project targets first-time buyers and local workers with prices below typical Upstate medians. The partners say they aim to ease the region's tight housing supply.
