Hello there, Chattanooga! I'm here in your inbox this morning to tell you everything you need to know about what's going on around town.

But first, today's weather:

A bit of afternoon rain. High: 65 Low: 52.

📢 I'm looking for business owners and marketers in Chattanooga who want to build awareness, connect with customers and increase sales.

Here are the top three stories in Chattanooga today:

  1. The Chattanooga Holiday Market is open every weekend this December at Chattanooga Convention Center. There will be over 200 local food vendors, artists, and crafters at the market. Additionally, the market will be offering prizes and gifts! You can even commission pieces from vendors for custom gifts. (WTVC)
  2. There will be multiple road closures today for special events throughout Chattanooga. The Lookout Valley Christmas Parade will close down Browns Ferry Road from Lookout Valley Elementary School. This will only affect southbound traffic. Chattanooga police will be on hand to direct traffic. (The Chattanoogan)
  3. Popular restaurant and bar Miller's Ale House is opening its second Chattanooga-area location. The sports-themed casual dining restaurant will be in Hixon near the Northgate Mall. The restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor seating, over 60 TVs, and a room that can be opened for good weather. Its first location is in Chattanooga near Northgate Mall.
