TBI issues Silver Alert for missing 84-year-old, last seen in Madison (fox17.com) — Authorities have issued a Silver Alert for 84-year-old Austin Smith, reported missing from Nashville and last seen near Hunters Lane in Madison, possibly on foot and with a medical condition affecting his safety. Nashville residents are urged to watch for him and call Metro Nashville Police at 615-862-8600 or TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND with any information.

Musicians Corner Free Fest wraps up Sunday; free Friday concerts continue through September (newschannel5.com) — Free live music is filling Nashville's Centennial Park every Friday evening through the end of September, with Musicians Corner hosting family-friendly shows from 5 to 9 p.m. Organizers say the series is meant to make Nashville's music scene more accessible, with crafts, games, and nature play for kids plus a track record of showcasing artists before they break big.
   

3. Mecum Auctions Expands into Tennessee with Inaugural Event at Nashville Superspeedway (mainstreetmediatn.com) — Middle Tennessee car fans will soon have a huge new attraction as Nashville Superspeedway hosts the inaugural Mecum Nashville Collector Car Auction Festival Sept. 22–26. Thousands of visitors and up to 1,500 collector cars are expected, with proceeds supporting Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee and added on-track experiences, vendors, and family-friendly entertainment at the Lebanon track.
