Barnes & Noble, New Town Shops, 5101 Main St., Williamsburg VA 23188

The AI tools are in place. The pilots are running. A lot is changing, and yet much of the work still looks the same. The technology is no longer the hard part. Bringing people along is. Tools don’t deliver. People do.
Come meet Williamsburg author Floor Blindenbach-Driessen, PhD, and hear her talk about her business fable RISE Above AI Chaos. Drop by any time between 12 and 4, or join the discussion at 2 pm. Bring your questions and your own stories of how AI is changing (or not changing) your work. Free.
“Like Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, RISE Above AI Chaos uses storytelling to make complex organizational challenges feel real and relatable.”
— Michele DeStefano, Professor of Law, University of Miami; Visiting Professor, Harvard Law School; Program Chair, Harvard Law School Executive Education; Founder, LawWithoutWallsAbout the author. Floor Blindenbach-Driessen, PhD, lives in Williamsburg. She has three children and has moved across the Atlantic three times, so she knows a thing or two about change. She has also been disrupted herself: she spent six years building an innovation tool, then watched generative AI outcompete it almost overnight. Along the way she has been a chemical engineer, a researcher and business school professor, and an innovation leader in healthcare. Today, through her company Organizing4Innovation, she helps law firms get AI working for the whole firm, not just for a few enthusiasts.
