Crews are now removing woody stems and replanting natives while officials evaluate whether this low-impact, herbicide-free approach should be expanded to more local sites.

City officials, including the mayor, are meeting to demand accountability, tighten financial controls, and decide how to protect the fare-free service many residents rely on for daily trips around town.
