ā¢ VHSL introduces proposed realignment for 2027-31 cycle, Shenandoah Valley schools impacted (whsv.com subscription) ā Altavista High School is slated to remain in VHSL Region 1B, which will add Page County under a proposed statewide realignment taking effect in the 2027-28 school year. The plan reshuffles several regions, especially in the Shenandoah Valley, and schools have until late August to appeal before the final alignment is approved.
