ā¢ Driver trapped inside car after striking two trees in Campbell County crash (wset.com) ā Emergency crews freed a driver who was trapped for up to 40 minutes after crashing into two trees on Brookneal Highway in Campbell County early Wednesday morning. The wreck near Rocky Road pinned the driverās feet, requiring a complicated rescue involving Rustburg and Gladys volunteer firefighters, sheriffās deputies, and Campbell County EMS, who treated both people at the scene.
