ā¢ Foundation awards $100,000 grant to Appomattox County High agricultural program (wset.com) ā Appomattox County High Schoolās agriculture program just secured a $100,000 grant toward a new 12,000āsquareāfoot agricultural complex behind the school, and officials have already broken ground. The program, one of the countyās largest FFA chapters, is halfway to its $1.2 million fundraising goal, aiming to expand handsāon agribusiness and livestock training for hundreds of local students for years to come.
