- What is the status of the approved in May, 2025 206 age 55 and up units Retreat At River's Bend project at the pool entrance of Rivers Bend on the James?
They spent millions to buy the land prior to the rezoning request which did get approved. (Nextdoor River's Bend) - I’m just wondering why are all the medians in chesterfield on Hull street,Midlothian and anywhere that a road existed have such tall grass.
