• Labor advocates feel 'betrayed' by Gov. Spanberger's collective bargaining veto (insidenova.com) — Culpeper residents are indirectly affected by Gov. Abigail Spanberger’s veto of bills that would have guaranteed collective bargaining rights for all Virginia public employees. Local Delegate Michael Webert, whose district includes parts of Culpeper County, opposed the measures, arguing they would force collective bargaining on localities that currently can choose whether to allow it.
