Jesse Matthew Jr. is expected to enter a plea agreement this week related to the abduction and deaths of college students Hannah Graham and Morgan Harrington, according to prosecutors.

Matthew, 33, was first linked to the cases after video footage showed him with Graham in Charlottesville on the night she disappeared. DNA evidence then linked Matthew to the Harrington case, as well as a 2005 attack on a woman in Fairfax City. >>> Read more.

A photographer for Time was wrestled to the ground at a Trump rally Monday afternoon in Radford by a man identified as a Secret Service agent.

A video shared on Twitter by Independent Journal reporter Joe Perticone shows a man, later identified as veteran Time White House photographer Chris Morris, with a camera on the ground, kicking his legs at a person Perticone describes as a secret service agent. >>> Read more.
