ā¢ Elkton invests millions to upgrade water system, building above ground storage tank (whsv.com) ā Elkton is spending several million dollars to replace its 1800s-era reservoir with a modern above-ground storage tank and new water lines, aiming to cut major water loss and improve pressure and fire protection. Residents may see torn-up streets and occasional outages now, but town leaders say the long-term result will be a more reliable water system for years to come.
