• Traffic delays in the Shenandoah Valley – Week of September 14, 2026 (rocktownnow.com) — Drivers in New Market should expect weekday flagger delays on Route 211 East Lee Highway for sidewalk work and on New Market Depot Road during a bridge inspection Tuesday afternoon. The VDOT schedule also lists numerous I‑81 and primary road lane closures across the Shenandoah Valley that could affect commutes and trips to nearby towns.
