2nd Trespassing Charge Filed Against Man Within 1 Week: Police
Fairfax City Police filed additional charges against a man who was already in jail on three felony counts of assault on law enforcement.
FAIRFAX CITY, VA — City of Fairfax Police served arrest warrants for trespassing and petit larceny on Wednesday to 22-year-old Jacob Don Coates of no fixed address, according to the daily crime report.
Officers responded around 12:27 p.m., on Aug. 22 for the report of a larceny at the Noodles and Company restaurant located at 10296 Main St.
An employee told police that Coates had taken food from a delivery table and left the restaurant without paying. The business was familiar with Coates as he had trespassed there before, according to police.

An officer obtained warrants for petit larceny and trespassing on Wednesday. He then served them to Coates, who was incarcerated at the detention center on three felony counts of assault on law enforcement and one count each of petit larceny and trespassing.
