Abduction, Gang Participation Warrants Served After Larceny Arrest
A Fairfax man is facing multiple charges, including gang participation and abduction, after arrest for theft at ABC store, say city police.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — A Fairfax man is facing multiple charges after he was arrested on Dec. 9 for taking a bottle of alcohol without paying from the Virginia ABC at 10305 Willard Way, according to the City of Fairfax Police.
Officers received a report around 3 p.m, that an unknown man had taken a bottle from the store. After locating 22-year-old Cristhian Pineda-Diaz of Fairfax nearby, they discovered that he had given them false identifying information.
Investigating further, police determined that Pineda-Diaz had several arrest warrants out of Fairfax County. The officers took him into custody and transported him to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

Police charged Pineda-Diaz with petit larceny and providing false ID to law enforcement. He was also served the Fairfax Count warrants that charged him with malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, abduction, gang participation during a criminal act, and assault by mob. He was then held without bond.
