Child Porn, Solicitation Charges Filed Against DC Man In Fairfax Case
A 48-year-old man Washington, D.C. man is facing charges of solicitation of a minor and one count of the production of child pornography.

FAIRFAX, VA — A 48-year-old man from Washington, D.C., faces multiple criminal charges in connection with his solicitation of a minor and seeking other victims, according to Fairfax County Police.
Detectives began their investigation after parents notified them their child had been communicating with someone called "Alex" on Snapchat. They also reported receiving multiple illicit images from the suspect and that "Alex" was trying to set up a meeting at a nearby shopping center with their child.
Following the suspect's digital footprints, investigators identified D.C. resident Brian Dolan as a suspect in the case. They were also able to identify him via a surveillance video and the devices he had used for the solicitation.

On Dec. 7, Fairfax Police detectives and members of the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority Police Department took Dolan into custody after he arrived at an area airport. Police charged him with solicitation of a minor and one count of production of child pornography. Dolan was then held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
Investigators believe there may be more victims in this case.
