Donohoe Real Estate Services Hires Chris Sowick As New NoVA Market Leader

FAIRFAX, VA — Chris Sowick was recently hired as the new executive vice president and Virginia market leader for Donohoe Real Estate Services.

In this role, Sowick will manage the company's owner and tenant advisory services, as well as be responsible for Donohoe's growth strategies an initiatives in Northern Virginia.

“I have always been impressed with Chris and his leadership skills since our days at Trammell Crow," said Drew Genova, president of Donohoe Real Estate Services, in a release. "Chris will help us focus on serving our clients throughout the Northern Virginia market."

Donohoe Real Estate Services has been involved in real estate development, construction and leasing across the Washington, D.C. region for years. The company provides leasing for the Inova Medical Office Building IV, located at 3580 Joseph Siewick Drive in Fairfax, and built the WMATA Vienna Station Parking Garage at 9550 Saintsbury Drive in Vienna.

Prior to coming to Donohoe, Sowick served as executive director of Cushman & Wakefield's Northern Virginia office for 15 years and was the senior team member at the Trammell Crow Company for five years before that. He's also been named multiple times a Top Ten Leasing Broker in Northern Virginia by Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association.
