Report Of Intoxicated Man Kicking Cars In Parking Lot Brings Police To Fair Oaks Mall

FAIRFAX, VA — Fairfax County Police arrested a Manassas man after being alerted that an intoxicated person was kicking cars in the parking lot of a local shopping mall, according to the weekly crime report.

Security personnel at Fairfax Oaks Shopping Center notified police around 8:37 p.m. on Tuesday that an intoxicated man was running into the road and through the parking lot, kicking cars.

Police located a 32-year-old Manassas man who was running through the parking lot. As officers tried to take the man into custody, they say he assaulted them.
