Fairfax City Business Owner Recognized With Customer Loyalty Award

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — Bob O’Hern, owner of the Image360 graphics and sign provider in Fairfax City, recently received an award recognizing him a as business leader in Northern Virginia, according to a release.

LoyaltyLoop, an online review platform, presented its Loyalty Leadership Top Signs Franchise Member award after Image360 received a score of 98, the highest overall customer loyalty and satisfaction rating.

The score was based on feedback from more than 24,000 survey responses from customers who had recently made purchases and recommended the business to others. The recognition was for the second and third quarters of 2021. This is the third time that Image360 earned this distinction.
