Fortune partners annually with Great Place to Work® Employee Survey, which is sent to a random sample of employees and asks questions related to attitudes about management's credibility, overall job satisfaction, and camaraderie. The other third is based on responses to the Culture Audit© benefit programs, hiring practices, methods programs, and diversity efforts. Two thirds of a company’s score is based on the results of the Trust Index©

Results from CustomInk’s Trust Index© Employee Survey show that:

  • 93 percent of CustomInk team members feel a sense of camaraderie with one another
  • 92 percent say it is a great place to work
  • 89 percent of those surveyed take great pride in the work they do and trust the people they work with

In addition to the company’s strong camaraderie and values, CustomInk provides its team with an integrated portfolio of benefits that support and encourage overall well-being, including:

  • Health and wellness benefits, including coverage of 99 percent of health care premiums and free prescriptions;

  • Opportunities for team members to volunteer for local causes and charitable activities;
