City of Fairfax Police arrested Tory Anthony White, 39, of Layton Hall Drive, in connection with a malicious wounding case which occurred during the early evening hours of November 3, 2020. The incident occurred at 10340 Layton Hall Drive and investigation revealed that White assaulted two family members with a knife during a domestic argument. The two victims were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
White fled the scene prior to police arrival but officers quickly located him in a nearby area. White was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with two counts of Malicious Wounding (18.2-51) and held on no bond.
