Frost Middle School Saying Farewell to Principal Jackson
Administrator retiring after more than a decade at Fairfax area school, 31 years in the district.
Frost Middle School Principal Marti Jo Jackson's is retiring April 11.
The school staff, students and parents will be saying farewell this week to Jackson, who spent 13 years at the school and 31 years in the Fairfax County Public Schools.
Last week, the school held a meeting with parents on the principal selection process. The school system has also been accepting written input from parents on what characteristics they would like to see in the next top administrator.

Frost Middle School serves approximately 1,100 seventh and eighth grade students, according to the Fairfax County Schools website.
