Gunfire Mystery Solved After Domestic Incident Days Later

Gunshot sounds but no one to be found.

Until Monday.

Back on July 5, police scoured the area of 8200 Willow Oaks Corporate Drive in Fairfax after numerous reports of gunfire. No injuries, no evidence, no suspect, no anything.

Well, maybe something.

Early Monday night, police responded to a report of domestic violence in the 3200 block of Cannongate Road in Falls Church. They noticed bullet holes in the residence.

After further investigation, police concluded that Carlos Garcia, 40, of Fairfax, was the person they were searching for in the previous incident. He was arrested and charge with discharging firearms within or at a building.
