Indecent Exposure Incident In Pentagon City Area Investigated

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are looking for a man in connection with an indecent exposure incident that occurred Thursday morning in the Pentagon City area, according to the daily crime report.

Officers responded around 5 a.m. for the report of an exposure in the 1200 block of S. Eads Street. The female victim told police she had seen a man staring at her through a window, exposing his genitals and masturbating. The man drove away after she told him she was going to call the police.

Police described the suspect as a short Black man with a full beard and salt and pepper hair. He was also wearing a black baseball cap. Police say the vehicle the man was driving was a green Kia Soul. This remains an ongoing investigation.
