INOVA Offers Free Flu Shots Through Nov. 20, By Appointment, Happening In Fairfax City

Through November 20, Inova Cares Clinics for Families (ICCF) offers free flu vaccines by appointment for the uninsured at four ICCF locations: Alexandria, Annandale, Manassas, and Sterling.

• The Annandale, Alexandria, and Sterling locations will offer flu shot clinics from 3-5 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays.
• The Manassas location will offer a clinic from 1-5 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays.

Flu shots are by appointment only, and can be scheduled by calling the ICCF office. An annual flu vaccine is the best way to protect against the flu.

The CDC recommends that adults and children age six months and older get an annual flu shot.
