Laptop Smashed At Dunkin Donuts In Fairfax
A man walked into a Dunkin Donuts and smashed an acquaintance's laptop computer with a baseball bat in Fairfax, according to Fairfax Police.

FAIRFAX, VA — What is it with this group of acquaintances and Dunkin Donuts? Several days after an assault by mob at the business, 9550 Fairfax Boulevard, a man connected to that incident walked into the doughnut shop with a baseball bat and smashed another man's laptop computer, according to Fairfax Police.
John Nelson Wallace, 35, of no fixed address, was charged with destruction of property and also served with a felony assault by mob warrant which has been issued last Tuesday. He's being held without bond.

Around 8:45 p.m., the victim, of the Fairfax area, told police that while sitting in the doughnut shop an acquaintance approached him with a baseball bat and then focused its personalized fury on the laptop. No injuries were reported, and there was no word on the condition of the laptop.
In the initial incident, a 43-year-old woman from the Fairfax area told police she and a male acquaintance had been assaulted by a man and a woman, both of whom already had left the scene. An investigation confirmed the victim's story and warrants were issued for the suspects.
