Man Charged With Assault In Dec. 23 Incident At Fairfax City Burger King: Police
City of Fairfax Police charged a man with assault and battery for pushing and kicking a restaurant employee last month.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — City of Fairfax Police charged a man for assaulting an employee last month at a local restaurant, according to the weekly crime report.
Officers responded around 7:58 a.m. on Dec. 23 to the Burger King located at 10885 Fairfax Blvd. for the report of an assault. An employee told police that a man pushed and kicked them.
Following a preliminary investigation, police identified 29-year-old Robert Scesco of no fixed address as the suspect in the case.

After obtaining an arrest warrant for assault and battery, police charged Scesco at 11:31 a.m. He was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and held without bond.
