Police Charge Man With Burglary For Taking Food From Locked Fairfax City Office
City of Fairfax Police charged 33-year-old Charles Lundy Yarbrough with burglary for taking food from locked business.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — Charles Lundy Yarbrough, 33, of no fixed address was arrested by City of Fairfax Police for breaking into a local business and stealing food on Monday night.
Around 11:59 p.m., a witness notified police that they had seen Yarbrough leave the main building of the business complex located at 4084 University Drive, authorities say.
Yarbrough was detained by police, who reported that he had used plastic cards to enter the locked front door of one of the offices in the building. Once inside, he stole food from the business, according to a police report.

Police charged Yarbrough with burglary and possessing burglarious tools. He was then taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was held without bond.
