Man Guilty of Child Porn on Work Computer in Fairfax: U.S. Attorney

A man faces at least five years in prison after pleading guilty in U.S. District Court to crimes committed on an office computer in Fairfax.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — An Ashburn man pleaded guilty Wednesday to receipt of child pornography, according to U.S. Attorney Dana J. Boente of the Eastern District of Virginia.
Roger Wheaten Webb, 53, faces a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison to a maximum of 20 years.

His sentencing is scheduled for April 21.

According to the court, an investigation found that Webb used a work computer at a business in Fairfax to download child pornography.

One flash drive contained more than 5,000 image files and 300 video files of child pornography.
