Man Kissed, Touched Student At Fairfax City Bus Stop Arrested: Police
A Fairfax man who police say touched and kissed a student waiting at a Fairfax High School bus stop faces multiple charges.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — A 31-year-old Fairfax man was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor in connection with an incident that occurred Wednesday morning at a Fairfax High School bus stop, according to police.
Around noon, a school resource officer responded for the report of an assault that had taken place earlier in the day.
A preliminary investigation determined that a man spoke to a juvenile waiting at a bus stop located at Main Street and Fairfax Square. The man touched the juvenile's shoulder, offered them a vape pen, kissed them on the cheek, and then left the area.

Investigators identified Gigssa Bekele Bengessa of 3851 Billberry Drive in the Fair Oaks area as a suspect in the case. Police arrested Bekele Bengessa and took him to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. They then charged him with assault and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Bekele Bengessa remains in police custody without bond.
