Man Screaming At Cars In Old Town Cited For Disorderly Conduct: Police

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — City of Fairfax Police arrested a 47-year-old Winchester man for larceny after officers were called for the report of someone screaming at passing cars and impeding the roadway in Old Town Fairfax on March 18.

Officers were dispatched around 8:30 a.m. for the report of disorderly conduct in the area of Sager Avenue and University Drive. Police found the man nearby who reportedly was screaming at cars. They determined that the man, whom they identified as Brian McDonald of Winchester, had taken a realty sign from private property.

The officers arrested McDonald and took him to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Once there, he was charged with petit larceny and disorderly conduct and then held without bond.
