Manassas Man Faces Felony Charge In I-66 Hit And Run Crash: VA State Police
Virginia State Police arrested an 18-year-old Manassas man who they say drove an SUV that left the scene of a crash on I-66 on Feb. 4.

FAIRFAX, VA — An 18-year-old Manassas man for rear-ending a 2018 black Mazda 3 sedan with a white SUV on an Interstate 66 exit lane on Feb. 4 and then leaving the scene, according to Virginia State Police.
The crash occurred around 6:35 p.m. in the exit lane to Route 28 South from westbound I-66, according to VSP. A white SUV rear-ended a Mazda 3 sedan that was stopped for traffic. The Mazda driver suffered minor injuries. The white SUV continued onto Route 28 without stopping.

On Saturday, VSP arrested Leobaldo Galicia Morales of Manassas and charged him with felony hit and run, unauthorized use of a vehicle, and following too closely, according to authorities.
