Maryland Fugitives Arrested at Motel in Fairfax: Police

An officer making routine vehicle registration checks in the parking lot, according to Fairfax Police, came up with a hot one.

FAIRFAX, VA — Two fugitives were arrested Tuesday morning at the Breezeway Motel, 10829 Fairfax Boulevard, after a random check of vehicle registrations in the parking lot, according to Fairfax Police.

Jessica Lynn Pepin, 32, and Jeffrey Michael Williams, 28, both of no fixed address, are being held without bond.

Shortly before 5:30 a.m., the officer checking registrations found a vehicle in the name of a woman with an outstanding felony warrant from Prince George's County, Md.

Police found her inside the motel, and it turns out she was with a man who also was wanted on a felony warrant in Maryland.

10800 Block of Cedar Avenue – On January 31 at 9:35 PM the vehicle owner reported that sometime during the evening unknown person(s) had scratched the paint on the hood and a door of her parked vehicle.
