Multi-Car Crash Investigated By Fairfax City Police

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — Units from Fairfax County Fire and Rescue were on the scene of a three-car crash around 7:45 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Route 29 in Fairfax City.

Police diverted traffic from westbound Route 29 to Jermantown Road. Those traveling on Route 29 west of the city should avoid the area.

There is no word yet about whether injuries were suffered in the accident.
