Multiple Charges Filed Against Vienna Man For Disrupting City Business
A Vienna man faces multiple charges, including carrying a concealed weapon, after being arrested for disrupting a Fairfax City business.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — A Vienna man is facing multiple charges, including one for carrying a concealed weapon, after refusing to leave a business on Fairfax Boulevard last Thursday afternoon, according to the weekly crime report.
Officers responded around 12:03 p.m., to the Tobacco King at 9607 Fairfax Blvd. for the report of a man refusing to leave and disrupting the business. Officers located the man at the location and detained him. When the man refused to identify himself, police took him into custody and searched him, discovering a firearm on his person, according to police.
The officers transported the man to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where they charged him with trespass, disorderly conduct, obstruction of justice, and carrying a concealed weapon. After refusing to identify himself to the Fairfax County Magistrate, the man was held without bound, according to the release.

Police later identified the man as 20-year-0ld Mitchell Lee of Vienna.
