Music Teacher Charged With Sexual Battery Against Juvenile During Home Lessons
Fairfax County police charged a music teacher with aggravated sexual battery for unlawful actions against a juvenile between 2010 and 2013.

FAIRFAX, VA — Fairfax County police charged a music teacher with two counts of aggravated sexual battery for unlawful actions against a juvenile between 2010 and 2013, the police department said Friday.
Police began investigating the case in March after the victim told a therapist about his interactions with the music teacher several years ago. The therapist then passed along the information to the police.
Roger McKay, 69, of Fairfax County, who had provided private music lessons to the juvenile at his home in the 5400 block of Gainsborough Drive, was arrested Friday, the police said. During the private lessons, McKay unlawfully touched the juvenile, according to the police.
