New Restaurant Coming To Strykers Square In Fairfax City

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — A new Bolivian restaurant appears to be in the works for the Strykers Square shopping center, which is located across the street from the Fairfax City Home Depot.

In April, Strykers Retail Center LLC filed applications with the City of Fairfax for commercial use & occupancy and new tenant fit-out permits for 3222 Old Pickett Road, the former home of Baitna Market.

On May 31, Boliviamanta Kitchen LLC filed an application with the Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Authority to serve beer and wine on and off premises, as well as mixed beverages.
