“Homeward Bound” is the theme of the 2015 Help the Homeless Community Walk, hosted by Pathway Homes. Participating in a walk is a fun and easy way to give back to the community.

Pathways has hosted this fall event for 15 years, raising nearly $400,000 in that time to directly fund the critical housing needs of people with mental illness. Nearly 200 people participated in last year’s walk, raising $20,000 to provide critical funding for housing and supportive services.

In just one morning, participants can make a real impact on the lives of men and women who are homeless in the region. 100% of registration fees and donations in support of our walkers go directly to securing housing and providing supportive services for homeless adults with severe mental illness and co-occurring conditions.
