Personal Property Tax Payments Due Oct. 5 In Fairfax City

Fairfax City personal property and vehicle registration fee payments are due by October 5. Late payments will incur a 10 percent penalty, plus interest. Bills have been sent to
taxpayers.

To request a copy of your bill, call 703-385-7900 (then press 1).

To make changes to your bill, call 703-385-7885.

Beginning this year, the city will issue decals only for vehicles registered at addresses in Residential Parking Permit Districts.

Here are your options for timely payment of your bill:

• Secure dropboxes at City Hall (on the circular driveway and in the parking lot
  at the atrium’s east entrance)
• Mail (must be postmarked by October 5)
