Rape Charge Filed In 2023 Sexual Battery In Fairfax City: Police
City of Fairfax Police arrested a 30-year-old Bristow man who they say committed sexual assault nearly a year ago.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — A 30-year-old Bristow man was arrested in connection with a rape that occurred on June 16, 2023 in Fairfax City, according to police.
City of Fairfax Police officers were called about 5:15 a.m. to the 9500 block of Fairfax Boulevard, where the victim told police they had been sexually assaulted by a person they met the night before.
City police, with the help of the Fairfax County Police Department, on Monday arrested Kwabena Yeboah of Bristow. Yeboah was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with rape and held without bond.
