Shoplifter Attacks Walgreens Worker In Fairfax: Police
A shoplifter confronted by a store employee at Walgreens in Fairfax attacked the worker, say Fairfax Police. Also, the daily crime report.

FAIRFAX, VA — An unruly shoplifter who had no intention of giving up her stolen booty when confronted by a store employee Sunday in Walgreens at 10320 Main Street instead pushed the worker and then slapped her in the face, according to Fairfax Police.
Shortly after 4 p.m., the employee told police she saw two women putting merchandise in a big. The women were approached and asked to hand over the bag when one of them attacked the worker. They immediately left the store, hopped into a vehicle and fled. Also in Monday's Fairfax Police crime report:

3201 Old Lee Highway / Home Depot – On November 22 at 3:34 PM a security officer reported that he had observed a male subject place items of merchandise in a bag and attempt to leave the store without paying, at which point he was detained. Andrew Baldinger, 31, of 2765 Centreboro Drive, Fairfax, was charged with concealment of merchandise and released on a summons.

9570 Main Street / Ross Department Store – On November 26 at 1:17 PM the victim reported that sometime between 12:30 PM and 12:50 PM unknown person(s) had taker her wallet which she had left in her cart while shopping. The wallet contained cash and identification.
