Supervisor Assaults Employee in Fairfax: Police
Supervisor whacked employee in the back of the head Monday at Certified Car Center, according to Fairfax City Police.

FAIRFAX, VA — When one walks into an automobile dealership, presumably to, you know, shop for an automobile, one usually is greeted by shiny, happy people with the sunniest of dispositions wanting to make a sale.
But this particular case Monday at Certified Car Center at 9660 Fairfax Boulevard?
Not so much, according to Fairfax Police.

About 3 p.m., a 38-year-old male employee — neither shiny nor happy — reported to police he had been whacked on the back of his head by his supervisor.
Abdul Hakim Amin, 38, of the 700 block of Old Hunt Way in Herndon, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

3965 Jermantown Road / 7-Eleven – On October 13 an employee reported that a male subject had attempted to take beer from the store and had assaulted the employee who was attempting to keep him from leaving with the beer. The subject then left the area in a vehicle. As the result of investigation by the Patrol Division the suspect was identified and a warrant was issued charging him with robbery. On October 31 Luis S. San Miguel Buj, 30 of 6910 29th Street, Arlington, was served with the warrant at the Adult Detention Center. He was ordered held without bond.

4100 Block of Orchard Drive – On October 28 at 2:08 PM the resident reported that unknown person(s) had used his bank card information to make unauthorized withdrawals from his account. The victim had his card in his possession at the time.
Larceny

10350 Willard Way / Safeway – On October 30 at 10:33 AM the victim, an employee, reported that on October 28 unknown person(s) had stolen her wallet from her purse which was in an unsecured locker in the employee area of the store. The wallet contained cash, a debit card and identification.
