August 25, 2020
City of Fairfax Police arrested three subjects in connection with a robbery and stolen vehicle that occurred on August 14, 2020 near Layton Hall Drive. The suspects physically assaulted a pedestrian and took their belongings which included keys to the victim’s vehicle. The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Fairfax County Police subsequently located the stolen vehicle which was occupied by several suspects.
Officers identified and arrested the suspects; Cindy Gomez-Santos, 21, of 3329 Willow Crescent Drive, Fairfax, Juan Anaya-Hernandez, 23, no fixed address, and Edwin Lainez-Lara, 27, of 10340 Layton Hall Drive, Fairfax. Warrants were secured for robbery (18.2-58), possession of stolen property (18.2-108) and no operator’s license (46.2-300). All three suspects were transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where they were held on no bond.
