Today is Free Cone Day at Ben & Jerry’s - from noon to 8 p.m., they’re giving away free ice cream at every location, including Fairfax Corner (4205 Fairfax Corner East in Fairfax), Dulles Town Center (2100 Dulles Town Circle, Sterling) and Reston Town Center (11928 Market St., Reston).
