Typically, taxpayers apply in person in the Treasurer’s Office — however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, applications will be prepared by city staff during applicant phone interviews. Applications will be signed and finalized in-person at the Treasurer’s Office.
Applicants pay a 5 percent non-refundable application fee directly to John Marshall Bank at the time of application signing and finalization.
