Z!EATS Hiring Employees For Fairfax Boulevard Location

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — Construction work appears to have progressed substantially at the future home of the Z!EATS in the Scout on the Circle development on Fairfax Boulevard

While no information was available about when the new fast-casual will officially open, the company has already been hiring employees.Prospective employees can apply online to work at the store located at 9414 Fairfax Blvd.

Fairfax Circle LLC, the owner of the Scout development, obtained a work permit from the City of Fairfax on March 25 to prepare the storefront for its new tenant, Z!Eats. The permit identified ITEK Construction & Consulting Inc. of Herndon as the project's contractor.

Previously known as Zoup!, the company rebranded in February, becoming Z!EATS and introducing a new menu that "caters to health-conscious individuals seeking a remarkable dining experience," according to a company release.

"We weren't born with a silver soup spoon in our mouth. It started in 1997 with two spice merchants who shared a love for soul-soothing soup," according to the company's website. "They believed that soup should be celebrated — and that clean, nutritious ingredients should be the norm. They called it Zoup! Today, we're Z!Eats."
