The Franklin County Salvation Army Unit are excepting applications for our Angel Tree Program at the FC Library only for the 2026 program. We are here to help families with Christmas for children 12 years old and under as of 12/25/26. The following information must be brought when signing up children: Photo ID or Passport for parent of legal guardian. Proof of ID for all children that includes birthdate such as Birth Certificate, Government ID or Medicaid Card.Proof of current address such as a utility bill or rental agreement.Proof of all household income & expenses such as pay stubs, food stamp letter or TANF approval letter, must be on company letterhead. Custody Papers/DSS print out, if applicable. There's only 4 more days left we will be taking applications those are : Thursday Oct.22, 2026 from 3:30-6:30pm, Saturday Oct.24 from 9:30-12:30pm, Tuesday Oct.27 from 9:30-12:30pm and Last Day Thursday Oct. 29 from 3:30-6:30pm.
