Schedule for Easter Sunday April 5th
Sunrise Service: 7:00 a.m. (Outdoor-Mt. Comfort Cemetery)
Easter Pancake Breakfast: 8:15-9:45 a.m.
Easter Egg Hunt: 9:00-9:30 a.m.
Easter Worship: 10:00 a.m.
Your family is invited to join our family at our Easter Sunrise Service that takes place once again at Mt. Comfort Cemetery. Please join us as we celebrate 70 years of hosting this annual community sunrise service.
Then be our guest at a Pancake Breakfast down the hill from Mount Comfort at Bethany Lutheran Church and Preschool, 2501 Beacon Hill Rd, Alexandria, VA, 22306. The Youth Group is once again offering Easter Breakfast directly following the Sunrise service. Come enjoy some fellowship and food before heading home or getting ready for our Easter Festival service. All donations will go toward the 2026 Youth Group activities. We hope to see you there!
After eating, all children are welcome to join our Easter Egg Hunt! Bring your basket and get ready for some Easter fun!
Best of all, your family's company is most graciously requested to attend our Easter Festival Service. The service includes our adult vocal and bell choirs, professional brass players, the organ, and timpani. Come celebrate the resurrection of our Lord with the beautiful sounds of music!
